UFC Ignite’s ready-to-cook meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days after delivery. Meals are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to keep them cool and safe in transit, ensuring you get the best quality delivered straight to your door. To preserve this quality, place UFC Ignite meals in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery.
Every single UFC Ignite meal is scientifically crafted by our team of chefs and engineered by the UFC Performance Institute. UFC Ignite meals are designed to deliver mouthwatering flavor with the perfect balance of macros to support your unique health goals. Unlike other meal programs, UFC Ignite meals are specifically focued around protein goals to help you stay satisfied. The diverse menu reflects UFC’s worldwide presence, each meal is crafted to ensure each bite is delicious. Most meals are made without highly processed seed oils, and all are made without synthetic colors. The best part? Each meal is microwave or oven-ready, so you’ll be ready to chow down in no time.
Go big or just supplement your diet by locking in anywhere between 4-16 UFC Ignite meals per week. Once you nail down your frequency, you’ll get customized meal deliveries to keep you satisfied, dialed in, and moving towards your goals. You’ll pick your meals for the first week of your subscription so our team learns your preferences. Then, for future orders, your meals will be selected for you to help you achieve your goals using your chosen meal plan, preferences and weekly number of meals. If you’re not a fan of your personalized selection, you can make changes by visiting the “Orders” section in My Account. You can also contact our team to make changes for you by calling 1-888-818-8421 or emailing us at customerservice@ufcignite.com. Support is available Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm ET, and emails will be responded to within 24 hours.

Yes! Each week, your meals will be selected for you to help you achieve your goals using your desired meal plan. If you want to change your personalized meals, follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the “orders” section in My Account.
- Select the order you’d like to edit and click the “Details” button.
- Click the “Edit Meals” button.
- Remove the meals you do not want and select your desired meals instead. Please note, to change your meal quantity or plan, you’ll need to contact customer service directly. We’re working on adding this feature to My Account.
- A notification will appear that confirms your meal selection is in process.
- Refresh the page and confirm that your meal selection has been changed successfully.
Please note, all meal changes must be requested by Monday at 11:59 pm PT in order to accommodate changes. All meals are locked in after this point and cannot be changed. Meals are delivered the week after they are locked in.
To update your allergen information, navigate to the “subscriptions” section in My Account.. Select your updated allergen information. Please note, selecting allergens will only update future orders, not your current order. If you are changing your allergens, please confirm your current meal selections are in line with your allergens.

You can pause or cancel your subscription online via My Account.
To pause or cancel:
- Navigate to the “Subscriptions” section in My Account.
- Click the “Details” button.
- Select the “Pause” or “Cancel” button on the top right.
To unpause your subscription:
- Navigate to the “Subscriptions” section in My Account.
- Click the “Details” button.
- Click “Unpause” button on the top right.
Meals are fully prepared and ready to cook – no prep required! Simply cook them in the microwave or oven according to the specific instructions provided on each meal package.
We’re sorry to hear that your box hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe. We work closely with our shipping partners to provide an efficient, reliable, and transparent delivery experience, but on rare occasions, deliveries can be delayed.
All orders will be delivered by the Thursday of the following week after your order cutoff (not the same week as your order cutoff). If your box hasn’t arrived on schedule, please start by checking its status by navigating to the Orders section of My Account. To check tracking information, select the “Details” button on the undelivered order. If your expected delivery window has passed and your box has still not arrived, please reach out to us so we can investigate your issue.
If your UFC Ignite box arrives after the delivery window, we recommend inspecting the insulated packaging to make sure all items are still cold. If you have any concerns about the contents of your box, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Update your delivery address by navigating to the “addresses” section of My Account. Under the “Addresses” list, you will see the address(es) currently associated with your account, including your default shipping and billing address. To add a new address, click “Add Address.” Enter the address information and click “Save.” You have the option to save your new address as your default delivery address. Please note that by changing your address, the order address will also change. Please be aware that once an order's cutoff has passed, we are no longer able to edit the order in your account. If redirecting the order is possible, we will need to reach out to our delivery partner to see if they can accommodate your request.
To avoid wasting food, our procurement team needs some time before the production of each box to purchase your ingredients, so it is not possible to edit or cancel an order once it is in progress. The deadline to make changes is Monday at 4pm PT the week before your order is delivered. Once this cutoff passes, we are not able to make any changes to your order. Your UFC Ignite box will be billed once the cutoff passes.

You can pause or cancel online by visiting the “Subscription” section of My Account.
Update your email by navigating to the “Personal Details” section of My Account. From there, you can update your name, phone number, and email. Once you’ve completed your updates, click “Update” to save your information.
We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into My Account and going to the “Subscription” section. Click the “details” button. Click “Cancel” and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You should see a confirmation on screen that your subscription has been stopped and you will not receive any more boxes. We also send an email confirmation that your cancellation has gone through successfully. Please note that if the next order's cutoff has passed, that order is already being processed and canceling your subscription will not cancel the delivery.
