MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
Targeted Advertising
We may use your personal information to tailor our marketing and advertising efforts. To do this, we may provide your information to third party advertising networks (such as Google DoubleClick) and social media companies (such as Facebook). When we provide data to agencies, ad networks, and other parties for targeted advertising, we do not provide them with your name, financial information, or any sensitive information (such as a government ID or date of birth, if we have collected that). We use online identifiers such as email, cookies, and device identifiers to help us provide targeted advertising to you and others like you. We may also use aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to target audiences.

Email Marketing
You may also be added to our mailing lists for email communications from Ignite and our partners, including TKO, when you sign up for our mailing lists, subscribe to a meal plan, purchase other products from us, or subscribe to our content online. If you provide us with your email address in order to receive communications, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our emails.
SOCIAL SHARING
You may be able to use social sharing features and other integrated tools on the Site such as the Facebook "Like" button. These features and tools may permit you to share actions you take on our Service with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with the public (or a portion of the public), depending on the settings you establish with the service that provides the social sharing feature. Please remember, though, that use of the information you share on social media sites will be governed by the privacy policies of the social media provider, and we are not responsible for how they treat the information.
Links to Other Sites
Please note that when you voluntarily use a Site feature provided by a third party that requires sharing of Personal Information in order to work properly, for example, if you “Like,” “Tweet,” “Pin,” or share content using the social sharing features or other integrated tools on our Sites, the relevant social media company may access Personal Information from you, and any information that you post may be made broadly available, depending on your privacy settings for your social media account. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the social media services that you use and that provide these features. In other words, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and similar services all have their own privacy policies that you should read. Ignite’s privacy policy doesn’t apply to them.
COOKIES
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and similar technologies are used by Ignite, our affiliates, advertising partners, and third parties who serve content on our Services. For more information, please see our Cookie Notice.
Additionally, we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of the Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps, and online resources. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS
We recognize user-initiated opt-out preference signals sent by your web browser, such as the global privacy control (“GPC”), as a valid request to opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information processed on this website (i.e., through cookies and tracking technologies). For more information about GPC and how to implement it on your browser, please visit globalprivacycontrols.org.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that certain web browsers may also transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, we do not alter our practices when the website receives a “do-not-track” signal from a visitor’s browser.
CHILDREN
Ignite is committed to protecting the privacy of children who may visit our Services. We do not knowingly collect information from children who are under 13 years old. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who is under 13 years old and using our Services, please contact us at dataprivacy@ufcignite.com to arrange for the deletion of any personal information we may have collected about the child. Additionally, if you are a parent or guardian of a child who is 13-16 years old and using our Services, please email us at dataprivacy@ufcignite.com in order to opt in to our continued communications with the child or request the deletion of any personal information we may have collected about the child.
OPTING OUT OF THE SALE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sometimes we share your data with sponsors, vendors, TKO, and third party advertising networks. These transfers, which are used to provide you with certain Services and/or to more effectively provide you with personalized Services (including advertising), can be deemed a sale under some data privacy laws.
You may opt out of the sale of your personal information by emailing a request to us at dataprivacy@ufcignite.com or calling 1-888-818-8421. You will be asked to provide certain information to us in order to exercise this option so we can verify your identity and locate your records with us.

PRIVACY INFORMATION FOR CALIFORNIA AND OTHER UNITED STATES RESIDENTS
This section of the Privacy Policy provides additional information for residents of the United States, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) and any current or future adopted consumer privacy laws that come into effect, collectively referred to as “US Privacy Laws” and applies to personal information, whether collected online or offline. As used in this section of the Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular US resident or household.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Various US Privacy Laws provide individuals with certain rights relating to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information. This section describes your rights under those laws and explains how to exercise those rights. Subject to certain exceptions, individuals have the right to make the following requests:
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete and direct any service providers that have received that personal information to delete the personal information that we have collected and retained, unless an exemption applies. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and, if applicable, direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exemption applies.
Right to Access: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will disclose to you:
the categories of personal information we collected about you;
the categories of sources of personal information we collected about you;
our business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling that personal information;
the categories of third parties with whom we have disclosed or shared that personal information;
the specific pieces of personal information we collected from you;
the categories of third parties with whom your personal information has been sold; and
the categories of personal information that we have sold (if any).
Right to Opt-out of Sale of Personal Information: As detailed below, you have the right to request that Ignite cease the sale of your information to third parties, including the sharing of information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
Right to Correction/Rectification: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal information. Upon verifying the validity of a verifiable correction request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct your personal information as directed, taking into account the nature and the purposes of maintaining your personal information.
Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercising of your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights or impose unreasonable requirements on financial incentives offered to you related to your personal information. We may offer different prices, rates, or quality of goods or services if the difference is reasonably related to the value of your personal information.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to request that Ignite limit its use of your sensitive personal information (if collected) to only that use which is necessary to provide you with the goods and/or services you requested.
Right Against Automated Decision Making: You have the right to opt-out of certain processes involving automated decision making by a business when the decision-making is based solely on an automated process without human input.
Right to Appeal: If Ignite denies your request to exercise any of your rights, or fails to respond within the timeframe outlined below, you have the right to appeal the decision. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days of receipt for residents of Colorado and Connecticut, and within 45 days of receipt for residents of Virginia. We may extend the response period where reasonably necessary and, if we extend the response period, we will inform you of the extension within the applicable time period after our receipt of your appeal. Our response to your appeal will inform you of decisions and actions in response to your appeal, including an explanation of the reasons for the decisions.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use a variety of administrative, physical, and technological solutions, including engaging with qualified cybersecurity companies, to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Because there is always some risk in transmitting information over the internet and otherwise processing information, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information that you transmit on or through the Services or that we otherwise maintain.
We recommend you take every precaution in protecting your Personal Information when you are online. For example, change your passwords often, use a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols when creating passwords, and make sure you use a secure browser.
RETENTION PERIOD
We will retain your personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iii) whether retention is legally advisable (for example, in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations so that we can preserve evidence to protect or defend our rights).
