Meal Plans

How should I choose a meal plan?

Start with your fitness mission. UFC Ignite offers four goal-based plans:

Cut
Thoughtfully portioned, nutrient-dense meals that keep you satisfied all day long.
25–40g protein per meal
Maintain
Balanced meals designed to sustain progress and keep you consistent.
30–40g protein per meal
Build
Protein-packed meals built to support strength goals and post-workout recovery.
40–60g protein per meal
Mix & Match
Unlock every option for complete flexibility across all three goals.
25–60g protein per meal

Once you select your plan, choose how many meals per week (4–16) and hand-pick your first weekly menu.

How do I change my meal plan or weekly quantity?

Your goals change, and you need a meal plan as flexible as you are. You can change your goal and number of weekly meals right from the My Account page:

·       Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab

·       Click “details” on your subscription

·       Click “change plan”

·       Update your desired weekly quantity and meal plan. If desired, you can also update allergens, protein preferences, and the meals scheduled for your next delivery.

·       Select “Update Meals” to save your preferences.

Meals & Quality

How are UFC Ignite meals formulated?

Every UFC Ignite meal is scientifically crafted by our culinary team and designed by the UFC Performance Institute, the world standard for MMA nutrition science. Meals deliver the perfect macro balance for your specific goals, specifically centered around protein to keep you full and satisfied.

  • No highly processed seed oils in most meals
  • No synthetic colors in any meal
  • Microwave- or oven-ready — no prep required
  • A globally inspired menu reflecting the UFC's worldwide presence

How long do UFC Ignite meals stay fresh?

UFC Ignite meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days after delivery for seafood, and 7 days after delivery for all other protein types. Meals are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to keep them cold and safe in transit. Place your meals in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery for best quality.

How do I prepare UFC Ignite meals?

No prep needed — meals are fully prepared and ready to cook. Simply heat in the microwave or oven following the specific instructions on each meal's packaging. Meals are ready in the microwave in 5 minutes or less, or 30 minutes in the oven. Be sure to consult the label on each meal for specific cooking instructions.

 

HOW SHOULD  I STORE MY UFC IGNITE MEALS?

For best quality, store your UFC Ignite meals in the refrigerator – do not freeze them. Our cooking instructions and quality standards are designed specifically for refrigerated meals to ensure optimal taste, texture, and nutrition.  

How do I update my allergen information?

Go to the Subscriptions section in My Account and update your allergen selections.

Important: Allergen changes only apply to future orders, not your current order. After updating, confirm your current meal selections are compatible with your new allergen preferences.

Subscription

How does the UFC Ignite subscription work?

Choose between 4 and 16 meals per week. You select your meals for the first week. For all future orders, meals are automatically chosen based on your goal plan, preferences, and meal frequency. You can adjust your upcoming selection in the Orders section of My Account before the Monday 11:59pm PT cutoff.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

To pause or cancel: Go to Subscriptions in My AccountDetailsPause or Cancel, then follow the prompts.

To unpause: Subscriptions → Details → Unpause.

Note: If your next order's cutoff has already passed, that order will still be delivered and charged even after cancellation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to My AccountSubscriptionsDetailsCancel. Follow the confirmation prompts. You will receive on-screen and email confirmation that your subscription has been stopped.

Note: If the next order cutoff has already passed when you cancel, that order is already in process and will still ship and be charged.

Managing Orders

Can I edit my pre-selected meals?

Yes. Here's how:

  • Go to Orders in My Account
  • Select your order and click Details
  • Click Edit Meals
  • Remove unwanted meals and add your preferred replacements
  • A confirmation notification will appear — refresh to verify changes

Cutoff: Monday at 11:59pm PT the week before delivery. Meals cannot be changed after this deadline. To change your meal quantity or plan, contact customer service.

When is the deadline for making changes to an order?

The deadline to make any changes is Monday at 11:59pm PT the week before your order is delivered. UFC Ignite sends a courtesy reminder email before each order's ship date. Once the cutoff passes, no changes can be made.

Can I cancel or edit an order that is already in progress?

No. Once an order is in progress it cannot be edited or canceled. UFC Ignite begins procuring your ingredients as soon as the Monday cutoff passes. Your box is billed at that point. Watch for the reminder email UFC Ignite sends the week before each ship date to avoid missing the window.

Delivery

Where does UFC Ignite deliver?

UFC Ignite delivers nationwide throughout the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What should I do if my delivery is late or has not arrived?

All orders are delivered by Thursday of the week following your order cutoff. If your box hasn't arrived:

  • Check order status in the Orders section of My Account
  • Click Details on the order to view tracking
  • If the delivery window has passed with no delivery, contact customer service

If your box arrives after the expected window, inspect the insulated packaging to confirm all items are still cold. For concerns, contact us at 1-888-818-8421 or customerservice@ufcignite.com.

How do I update my delivery address?

Go to the Addresses section in My Account. Click Add Address, enter your details, and click Save. You can set the new address as your default shipping address.

Note: Changing your address also updates your upcoming order. Once an order cutoff has passed, contact customer service to attempt a redirect with our delivery partner.

Account & Billing

How do I update my email address?

Go to the Personal Details section of My Account. From there you can update your name, phone number, and email address. Click Update to save your changes.
