Heating Instructions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Remove meal tray from outer packaging
- Pierce film, microwave on high 4.5 minutes
- Let stand 1 minute before removing film
- Peel film carefully and stir, meal will be hot
OVEN DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove meal from outer packaging and pierce film
- Place on baking sheet in center of oven and cook for 30 minutes
- Let stand for 2 minutes, remove film, and stir before enjoying
