Heating Instructions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
  1. Remove meal tray from outer packaging
  2. Pierce film, microwave on high 4.5 minutes
  3. Let stand 1 minute before removing film
  4. Peel film carefully and stir, meal will be hot
OVEN DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Remove meal from outer packaging and pierce film
  3. Place on baking sheet in center of oven and cook for 30 minutes
  4. Let stand for 2 minutes, remove film, and stir before enjoying
